Johnny Graham is a chef and caterer with a longstanding history of preparing globally influenced cuisine on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard.  A native of the Midwest, with a deep love for the bold flavors of the heartland, Johnny opened Revel Catering to critical acclaim after spending decades expanding his craft in kitchens in Kansas City, Chicago, Los Angeles, the Caribbean, and New York, and Martha’s Vineyard.  He began working in the restaurant industry at the age of 14, and has been in the field since, traveling around the globe.  Johnny credits his nomadic-chef lifestyle as the cornerstone in developing his adventurous food aesthetic, as well as his bold and colorful palette, having been profoundly influenced by the foods and cultures he continues to explore.  He is happy to call Martha’s Vineyard home, and Revel Catering continues to serve the most discerning clientele.
