Back Door Donuts

Rafat Jabri started baking in England and in South Wales at college in 1974, studied with French chefs there and eventually returned to Jordan, his country of origin, to start a bakery. Baker for royal court of Jordan, birthdays and wedding cakes for princes and royalty. Then moved to Kuwait and had a bakery there. After baking in Falmouth for local bakery he was invited to the Back Door Donuts and has been the chef since then (1980s).
