Sarah Mayo is the Global Sales and Marketing Director at Black River Caviar, aka Esturiones del Rio Negro.  Sarah has worked internationally in the food and wine for over 30 years, mostly on the wine side of the business where she founded and managed The Local Nose and Asia Wine Events in Singapore. Sarah is a WSET Diploma holder, worked as Deputy Editor of Robert Parker Wine Advocate, and was North America Manager for the Rathbone Wine Group prior to moving into the caviar business with Black River Caviar.
