My Story
A lifelong New Englander, Colin grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Studies at the Culinary Institute of America before settling in Boston. He Worked in some of Boston’s most acclaimed restaurants including No 9 Park, B&G Oysters, The Butcher Shop, Menton, Drink, Sportello and O YA. Working his way from an intern and entry level line cook to executive chef over seeing many Boston restaurants.
