If it's your first time logging in, you can click "Forgot Password" to set one for your account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account tied to the email you used to purchase tickets with, you will have to activate your account before logging in by clicking the "Sign Up" button. Most likely. There is a set capacity for each event and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot expand the capacity of any event to accommodate additional guests.
