Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HOTEL RESERVATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE, OR RESELLABLE. EXCHANGES, UPGRADES, OR CHANGES WITHIN THE SAME HOTEL MAY BE POSSIBLE, PENDING AVAILABILITY. A LACK OF ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE IS NOT CAUSE FOR CANCELLATION OR REFUND. HOTEL ROOMS MUST BE USED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND A CREDIT CARD MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HOTEL UPON CHECK-IN FOR INCIDENTAL CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGES. PACKAGES ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. HOTEL PACKAGES ARE SPECIALLY PRICED COMBINATIONS OF GOODS AND SERVICES, AND THEY CANNOT BE DIVIDED NOR PRORATED. PRICING OF THE TICKETS AND HOTELS ARE NOT PUBLISHED OR DETAILED. Reselling any good at a higher price than it was sold is prohibited and will result in the good being voided without refund. Purchased tickets and goods may not be used for advertising, promotion (including sweepstakes, contests and giveaways), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Producer.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES, AND PARTIAL SALES UNDER A PAYMENT PLAN, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE PRODUCER. REQUESTS FOR REFUND ARE DETERMINED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS AND LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM REFUND OF 50% OF THE ORDER TOTAL. Producer reserves the right to charge a change fee of $200 for any modification to an existing package sale. Any order refunded in full with the express written consent of the Producer, may still be subject to a fee comparable to the payment processing fees on the original transaction.
Before completing your purchase, carefully review your selection. By purchasing a festival ticket and/or hotel package, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions with regard to your purchased goods. Upon order purchase, you are agreeing that you will not seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets, otherwise your tickets may be canceled and we may refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases. Requests for refunds are subject to the discretion of the Producer and seller of the goods on this site, and will likely be subject to substantial fees and the loss of access to the festival and/or hotel.
On purchasing, you agree that the credit card that you have on file with us will be charged. In the case of purchase on an Installment Plan, you agree that the credit card that you have on file will be charged for the total amount of your order by the end of the Installment Plan period, as specified during checkout. Failure to complete an Installment Plan in full will result in the cancellation of your order and all prior amounts paid will be forfeited.
